3. List the assigned problems in numerical order. Write out each problem followed by the page number of the problem.
4. For all math type problems, show your work. Be sure and show the formula, followed by identifying each letter of the formula and its value.
5. Show how you set up the problem and box your answer on the right side of your paper.
